How soon will my order ship?

Your package will ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure online processing. You may also pay using any major credit card or echeck through PayPal. At this time we are unable to accept personal checks or money orders.
 

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping costs are determined by weight. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Upon checkout you will have the option to select either First Class Mail, Ground Shipping or Priority Mail for domestic packages. You may choose the method that best suits you. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, please select the appropriate option upon checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship outside of the United States.  Please contact us if you would like us to ship to your international destination as we may be able to fulfill your request on an individual basis.

What if I have a coupon?

If you have a coupon, please enter the code in the Promotional Code box upon checkout. Your discount should be applied. If you have any problems redeeming your coupon, please contact us and we will manually apply your discount.

What if I have a gift certificate?

If you have a gift certificate, please enter the code in the Gift Certificate Code box upon checkout. Your discount should be applied. If you have any problems redeeming your coupon, please contact us and we will manually apply your discount.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it or return it for a refund (less shipping charges). Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for further instructions. Items must in their original condition and in original packaging. You are responsible for carefully packaging and shipping your order back to us, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. We also recommend purchasing insurance and/or delivery confirmation for your return shipment. Upon receipt of your item we will either send your exchange or refund your money. Clearance items, or items used or not in their original condition cannot be returned.
