Placing an Order
You can place an order quickly and easily through our secure online shopping cart. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure online processing. You may also pay using any major credit card or echeck through PayPal. At this time we are unable to accept personal checks or money orders.
Shipping Methods
Orders placed Sunday to Friday are shipped out within 24-48 hours, most orders are shipped out the same day they are ordered. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped out first thing Monday morning. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed.
Shipping costs are determined by weight. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Upon checkout you will have the option to select either First Class Mail, Ground Shipping or Priority Mail for domestic packages. We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method to a faster method when available. We do not require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, please select the appropriate option upon checkout.
In an effort to do our part in helping the environment, we try to reuse shipping boxes and packing material whenever possible. Rest assured that we make sure the materials are in good condtion and that your purchases are packed with care. We encourage our customers to recycle the packaging materials for their own shipping needs.

FREE SHIPPING on Orders of $100 or More
You will automatically be given FREE SHIPPING when you check out on all orders of $100 or more in merchandise.
FREE SHIPPING applies to USPS First Class Mail and Ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses. We reserve the right to choose the most economical option available.
If you need your order expedited, you can choose to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for an extra charge.
Sales Tax
9.5% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Washington State addresses. We are required by Washington State law to add tax to shipping costs. There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of Washington State.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it or return it for a refund (less shipping charges). Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for further instructions. Items must be in their original condition and in original packaging. You are responsible for carefully packaging and shipping your order back to us, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. We also recommend purchasing insurance and/or delivery confirmation for your return shipment. Upon receipt of your item we will either send your exchange or refund. Clearance items, or items used or not in their original condition cannot be returned.
